Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • ✅ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • ✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • ❌ Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • 🚫 Gift cards or digital products.
  • 🚫 Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
  • 🚫 Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.).
  • 🚫 Health and hygiene products (e.g., face masks, cosmetics, undergarments).

3. Return Process

  • 🔹 Step 2: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  • 🔹 Step 3: Pack the item securely and include the RA number in the package.
  • 🔹 Step 4: Ship the package using a trackable shipping service to the return address provided.

📌 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

4. Refund Policy

  • 💰 Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within business days.
  • 💳 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • 📩 You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

🔴 Non-Refundable Fees:

  • • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • • If a return is late or missing required information, we may apply a restocking fee of 18%.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 2 business days, please:
