Shipping Information

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• If an order is placed after IST 6:00PM, it will be processed the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and additional charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within India for timebeing.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted areas.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
• You can track your package via Carrier Name website using the provided tracking number.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please check your tracking details first.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled if it has already been processed.
